It’s surrounded by resorts that are all inclusive. It is located at least 25-35 minutes drive to the restaurant areas. 2. The apartment faces the Forest but right below is the main road to and from playa mujeres and the hotel zone. It’s kind of loud. 3. The one restaurant on the property is very good but for some reason it closes at 5 or 6 so unless you eat early for dinner you are out of luck. So if you are ok with buying groceries and cooking you will love it. Also Gaby was fantastic and very responsive and helpful.

It is a lovely place to stay. And the La Amanda property is fantastic. The restaurant has terrific food and the beach is very peaceful. We highly recommend vacationing here!
